Refund policy

Given the nature of the items featured in our gift boxes, we are unable to accommodate returns or provide refunds. However, in the rare occurrence that there is an issue or concern with your gift box,  we kindly request that you inform us within 48 hours of delivery. SUBSTITUTIONS: We take great pride in our commitment to working with small and local businesses by incorporating their products into our gift boxes. As a result, there may be instances where certain items become temporarily unavailable with minimal prior notice. Should such a situation arise at the time of your order, we reserve the right to replace the unavailable item with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value, bearing the closest resemblance to your original selection. It is imperative to note that we will only proceed with substitutions if the quality and aesthetic meet our elevated design standards.
